You can review all of our patterns using our Online Catalog. Search by Designer Name or Category or Season. You can search for particular items like Bags or Purses or Clothing and Apparel, you can search for designs for Babies or Kids, or more specific things like Reversible Quilts or “Block of the Month” designs. You can also search all the names of the patterns if you can’t remember exactly what it’s called or who makes it! (Was that one I made last year a Log Roll or a Jelly Roll?) It’s new! Take a look!

We have put several documents on our site which are in Adobe PDF format. You will need a version of Adobe’s Acrobat Reader to be able to open the documents and look at them on the computer. If you don’t have this program installed on your computer, you can visit the Adobe website here and download the program for free.

TRUNK SHOWS

We all know that a sample is worth a thousand words when it comes to selling a pattern. We always like to buy things that we can see and touch and, maybe even improve on when we make it ourselves. All our Designers have Trunk shows available. For some, it may be just a selection of certain patterns, and for some it might be all. Contact us and we’ll talk about getting you set up with something that meets your needs.

PRICING

We have put a PDF version of our current price list on our website for your reference. It contains the Suggested Retail Price of all our patterns in both US and Canadian dollars and will give you a chance to see the range of our products and designers and compare between them. We update it often with notes about sales and discounts and discontinued items. Please drop us an email or give us a call if you have any questions about it.

ORDERING

Current Quilt Craft Distributors customers may order online from us directly. You may use the website shopping cart to add items to your cart until you are ready, and then submit the order. There is no payment required at the time of ordering - we will use the payment method we have on file for you. We will confirm the order with you via email.

If you would prefer to write the order down, the link below is to our Sales Order Form in PDF format where you can order one of two ways:

You may fill out the form online by typing in the fields and then hitting the “Submit Email” button at the bottom which will email us the information directly (you will also have the option to save and/or print a copy for your records)

You may print out the blank form on your printer and then fill it in by hand and fax it to us.

If you wish to order from Quilt Craft Distributors and are not currently an existing customer, please just drop us an email and let us know about your shop and your particulars, including your GST number, and we’ll set you up with an account. If you are a US based store, we need to see either your website, a copy of your business license, or a copy of a wholesale invoice from another recognized wholesale distributor.

RETAIL SALES - If you are not a store and wish to find one of the patterns we carry, check our store listing on our website and find your local quilt store. If you don’t find it listed, contact us and we’ll send our ordering information to them for you!

PAYMENT

Quilt Craft Distributors terms are “net 30” when paying by cheque for those stores with approved credit. Payment is due 30 days from your receipt of the order. QCD reserves the right to charge a 2% per month finance charge on all overdue accounts.

Quilt Craft Distributors also takes Visa and Mastercard directly as well as Paypal. If you would like to pay by credit card, please call us on the phone and give us your number. We will store it securely on file and can also use it to charge future orders automatically with your consent.

Your credit card number does not go on the internet. We will charge your credit card or put through an authorization for the full amount of your order before shipping. At the moment, as we expand into the US, we currently only offer paypal as payment in US dollars. We sincerely hope this will change as soon as we can.

If you would like to use paypal, this service allows you to receive an email invoice from us where you click on a link and enter your credit card information to paypal to pay your invoice instead of to QCD. This is an easy way for you to pay via credit card in a safe and secure manner and still collect those miles! If you would like this payment option, please give us the email address you would like us to send the invoice to. You do not necessarily need a paypal account to pay this way, just an email address, so it couldn’t be easier.
